Our information system professionals will do their best to meet your needs in support and service. If you have questions or concerns regarding the services or personnel provided by our company, please contact us on our toll-free line at 1-800-311-0757. All products that are resold by Pinnacle Business Systems and are currently under a maintenance and support contract with their respective manufacturer, are supported on a 24x7 basis unless otherwise noted in the manufacturer's maintenance contract. All hardware maintenance support required should be supported by contacting the appropriate manufacturer. All software products developed and maintained by Pinnacle Business Systems are supported on a 9 am to 5 pm basis.
