2 ways being a VMware Services Delivery Partner will impact our customers

As a VMware Services Delivery Partner, our customers will be impacted in two significant ways. Our customers’ IT initiatives and business objectives can be achieved faster and more efficiently by utilizing this status and the resources our sales and engineering team holds. Additionally, our customers will be able to cash in on VMware Professional Services Credits or (VMware PSO Credits), allowing them a cost-effective and flexible way to maximize their investment in training classes, education, consulting services, and certifications.

Brandy Semore, Pinnacle’s Director of Delivery Services & PMO, shared that, “This is a significant advantage for our customers because it creates, even more, cost-saving scenarios. Essentially, it provides additional opportunity for our customers to take advantage of the full potential of their credits with our high-skills and the available team of engineers.”

Infrastructure Engineer Matt McDougal agreed that utilizing VMware PSO Credits can really add value to a solution, even for some of our mid-size to enterprise customers. This is true for many of Pinnacle’s larger enterprise customers. The use of VMware PSO Credits will impact overall cost-savings on post-deployment services.
