Classes offered to train users of IBM’s Rational Team Concert

While purchasing the best technology products is a critical aspect of achieving previously established business goals, the whole effort could turn out to be meaningless if employees are not told exactly how to use the tools to maximize efficiency. It's for that reason that many companies offer specific training.

To that end, 321 Gang recently announced that it would be coming out with a brand-new program to assist those using IBM Rational Team Concert. In a release, IBM's self-proclaimed "premier business partner" stated that it would host courses led by instructors that will help make the products easier to use.

"321 Gang’s RTC 4.0 training is the best way to learn how to leverage this new version," said Harry Koehnemann, 321 Gang's director of technology. "Our courses show how to apply common methods and practices with RTC, so teams can be up and running with the tools quickly and confidently."

There will be training necessary for other newly released IBM products as well. In recent weeks, Big Blue came out new components of its Power 7+ program, including the SmartCloud Virtual Storage Center 5.1 and DS8870, a storage system.
