Employee Spotlight:
William Maker
As a Pinnacle Solutions Architect, my role is to work directly with sales team members and our customers to help identify their business issues and then architect the right technical solution to solve their challenges. I serve as the direct point of contact for our customers and sales team in assisting with product and solution inquiries.
I also develop technical strategies and often present, online and in person, the best possible solutions that fit our customers’ needs. In addition, continuous training is an important element to the success of my work – much of my time is also spent staying up to date on the numerous products and partners that Pinnacle represents. I’ve worked for Pinnacle since February 2014.

What do you consider to be the best invention of all time?

A coke and a slice of pizza from nearly any corner pizza place in Manhattan.
Would you rather go back in time or in the future? Why?
I enjoy the amenities of modern living too much to want to go back in time.
What is something most people don’t know about you?
I play piano and guitar.
What are a few of your hobbies?
I like to golf, listen to music, and hang out with friends.
Why did you choose to work in the IT industry?
I followed in my father’s footsteps. He worked in the industry for over 30 years.
Why did you choose to work at Pinnacle?
I’m a proud Oklahoman and knowing that I work for a company that is based in the state that I love, is very important to me. I also like that the size of our organization is large enough to work with some of the greatest companies in the world and small enough to feel like a family. I enjoy every day here.
