Get to know Cole Harris, one of Pinnacle’s Account Executives in Arkansas, who works closely with customer experience specialists, solution architects, professional services, marketing, and executive leadership on the Pinnacle portfolio of solutions and services.

Chad Mantooth recently re-joined Pinnacle as a Senior Account Executive. Previously he was on the pre-sales side of the business and has now moved to sales. His knowledge of the technology and expertise in the industry makes him invaluable to our customers. His role consists of converting complexity into clarity and value chaining technology to business drivers. We are so happy to have him on board!

As one of Pinnacle’s Senior Customer Experience Specialist, Jilian Doll spends much of her day assisting account executives and sales engineers by creating quotes, working with distribution, and communicating with manufacturers. In addition to this, her role as a senior sales rep allows her the opportunity to work a little more closely with the procurement and maintenance side of things, making sure that Pinnacle is able to assist our customers to the fullest by managing contracts and handling and providing all information required for their software and/or maintenance orders.

As the Marketing Coordinator here at Pinnacle I run all of our social media accounts and create the content that’s posted as well. I design videos/gifs, create graphics, assist with virtual and in-events, and contribute to our website whether it be edits or design assets.

Meet Rob Anderson, Pinnacle’s Chief Executive Officer! He primarily focuses on setting our strategic growth objectives, our future product and service offerings, and looking at who Pinnacle should consider partnering with to offer to our customers the best in the market!

Meet Cheryl O’Bannon, one of Pinnacle’s awesome Senior Account Executives! Cheryl’s role is to understand her customer’s goals and business challenges and determine the need for technology to support their business outcomes.

Brandy Semore currently serves as Pinnacle Business Systems’ Director of Delivery Services & PMO. She is responsible for managing Pinnacle’s Engineering Team and Technical Services, the Project Management Office (PMO), as well as the Sales Support Team.

As a Pinnacle Solutions Architect, my role is to work directly with sales team members and our customers to help identify their business issues and then architect the right technical solution to solve their challenges. I serve as the direct point of contact for our customers and sales team in assisting with product and solution inquiries. I also develop technical strategies and often present, online and in person, the best possible solutions that fit our customers’ needs. In addition, continuous training is an important element to the success of my work – much of my time is also spent staying up to date on the numerous products and partners that Pinnacle represents. I’ve worked for Pinnacle since February 2014.
