Employee Spotlight:
Jilian Doll
As one of Pinnacle’s Senior Customer Experience Specialist, Jilian Doll spends much of her day assisting account executives and sales engineers by creating quotes, working with distribution, and communicating with manufacturers. In addition to this, her role as a senior sales rep allows her the opportunity to work a little more closely with the procurement and maintenance side of things, making sure that Pinnacle is able to assist our customers to the fullest by managing contracts and handling and providing all information required for their software and/or maintenance orders.

Why did you choose the IT industry?
After graduation from college with a degree in marketing, I was contacted by a recruiter with Dell, Inc. to work as a member of their inside sales team. I really enjoyed my role, learning the new technology and solution building, and stayed within the IT industry.
What are a few of your hobbies?
I’m sort of all over the place. I’m an avid reader and enjoy playing games, but also really love time spent outdoors in the pool or hiking. Recently, I’ve been dabbling into the world of disc golf.
If you could be anywhere in the world at this exact moment where would it be? Why?
On a sun-drenched beach in the Caribbean, dozing in a hammock under the palms. The sound of the ocean and birds, plus the feel of a breeze, is the best way to spend an afternoon.
Where’s your favorite place to vacation? Why?
I grew up in New Jersey and spent many summer days down the shore. I have a lot of great memories there, and now; despite having been all over the Western Hemisphere; Wildwood, NJ with my friends and family is still my favorite place to be.
What do you consider to be the best invention of all time?
Indoor plumbing. Definitely indoor plumbing.
What is something most people don’t know about you?
I was bitten by a monkey while in Guatemala and had to undergo the rabies vaccination.
If you had to live off one food for the rest of your life what would it be?
Pizza. It’s pretty versatile, and you could use it as a gateway to all the other foods you’d want to eat.
Would you rather go back in time or in the future? Why?
The future. It would be awesome to go back in time and see how things were in person, but through CGI and our knowledge of history, we can sort of experience this already. The future, on the other hand, is nothing but conjecture at this point. It would be awesome to see how the world changes.
Why did you choose to work at Pinnacle?
I was impressed by Pinnacle’s business model and reputation. I knew Pinnacle as a strong leader in the market and respected their ethics.
