Job Summary
Pinnacle Business Systems, a 2015 CRN Solution Provider 500 award winner, is looking for a part-time accountant to assist the Chief Financial Officer. We are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated individual to work 20 hours per week. Prospective candidates will need to fulfill the following responsibilities and possess the following qualifications:
Responsibilities
- Monthly financial statement preparation
- Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers (perform entries and reconciliations)
- Bank reconciliations
- Sales report reconciliations
- Monthly contract reporting for various public sector sales
Qualifications and Requirements
- Four-year college degree; Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize multi tasks
- Work well in a team and independently
- Ability to quickly learn new accounting software
- Microsoft Office proficient
